Spam and Babel Fish poetry

Filed under: Whimsy — admin @ 9:51 am

Spam, sadly, is just part of what you get what you put information up online. And  Wordpress seems to get more than its share of directed spam.

I get an overwhelming amount of spam in Russian. Since I don’t read Cyrillic. most of the time I briefly shake my head and click delete. Yesterday I got a little curious instead, and cut-n-pasted one of them into Babel Fish.

The result is almost surrealist poetry.

Beauties … having slightly licked by adroit uvula flexible fingers, they penetrate the hot elastic pink bosoms, delighting in by the beauty of its tel. .. If lust was crime - this beauty would obtain the most severe sentence for her indefatigable desire, which constantly leads it to the frankest position without the clothing. Here and now she skips as cowboy on the boundless prairies on the excited member of its cavalier, the blood boils in the veins at the sight of this picture…

Adroit uvula flexible fingers?

Thank you for making webcam spam into art.

The chair is complete- and already has a new show to appear in!

Here is the chair as it appeared at the Cannibal Flower 9th anniversary show…

First, the front view. The seatbelt was trickier to decorate than I’d thought. Next time, I’ll remove it, decorate it and THEN reattach.

The disc acted as my signature and title for the piece:

“You must require a wheelchair to enjoy this ride”.

Then, view the chair from the back…

The tail fin pieces were a late-night inspiration.

Layering the sides to create an armchair seemed to work best. Most of the pieces tie on for easy removal- and so the operator can still use the adjustable latches and controls for the wheelchair.

Next steps…

Getting Peter Soby well enough to dress him up and have him use the chair!

And finding others who need a beautiful chair of their own…
