Welcome back to teatime! Genius Teatime, that is...
On February 24, 3:30 PM PST Andrea Jennings will talk about authentic representation in entertainment, March 9th at 3:30 PM PST Deb Sivigny will cover set and costume design and her immersive installation on Korean adoptees, and April 27 at 12:30 PM PST Ellice Patterson will share her stories of Abilities Dance Boston and intersectional disability dance. Thanks so much for joining us! We'll be throwing in some new ideas too. Stay tuned... and enjoy the archived talks on the Opulent Mobility channel. Talks are mostly 3:30-4:30 PM PST on Zoom unless otherwise specified. Suggested donations $10-35, no one turned away for lack of funds. Your donations benefit our speakers, their charities of choice, and the Opulent Mobility accessibility fund. Thanks to you all, and to Pamela Samuelson of Embodywork LA for providing the boost to get this party started. We've been going a full year now!!! How did that happen?!

So hey! I've started out on Substack with transcripts from the artist interviews for Opulent Mobility. The plan is to do the same for the archived Genius Teatime talks. You can go direct to the posts or subscribe for free.
All the archived GT talks on YouTube are captioned and corrected for accessibility purposes. I really enjoy having the talks in text form, though, since it lets me catch up details I may have missed or forgot about during the Zoom sessions. I hope you enjoy these too. |
